On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Transformation Hosts International (THI), we invite you to an interactive and multisensory webinar with workshop offers on pioneering facilitation such as

*Transformation Hosts International Sandbox: Prototyping mutual help for transformation challenges.
What? Workshops on pioneering Facilitation, Community Connection Activities, Celebration with Website Relaunch, Info about THI and how to get involved. The last bit is reserved for party conversations and dancing.
For whom? Facilitators, Trainers, Educators, Catalysts and Coaches with the ambition to contribute to a consciously created future.
When? Friday, 21.1. from 6-8 PM CET.
Requirements? A microphone, a webcam, curiosity, experimental spirit and openness to meet others. No experience or preknowledge and no software installation is required.
Why? To celebrate our anniversary, connect the community and inspire your facilitation practice.
Background?
It is now ten years since the Transformation Hosts International (formerly IPTL) network was founded. From 2013 to 2016 it was the Transformation Festivals that held the community together; since then it has been research projects on Transformative Learning in the framework of Erasmus+ funded Strategic Partnerships. 10 wonderful years, but also a time in which the network has fallen far short of its enormous potential.
Fortunately, the movement is just getting a boost from different sides:
*Some of the research projects have gained many collaborators and have thus grown far beyond what was originally planned. The exchange and mutual support has become very valuable for many. With our new self-publishing company Transformation Hosts International Publications, we have published the compendium “A Transformative Edge,” which is in great demand.
*Our methodological toolbox, developed over the years, has just undergone a redesign. This prompted the relaunch of our entire website, which will go live on Jan. 21.
Whether you are one of the founding members, a longtime contributor or whether you hear about Transformation Hosts International for the very first time, you are very welcome to join and benefit from the abundance of connection, knowledge, experience, energy and creativity within this network. We are looking forward to your coming!
International Partnership for Transformative Learning
The International Partnership for Transformative Learning (IPTL) is a social network of practitioners and hosts of transformative learning. IPTL articulates this new paradigm of learning, develops and implements new tools for addressing it, and brings together the practitioners who have the power and skills to host this transformation.

We see ourselves as an active and lively community of professionals. We meet regularly (at least once a year in a plenary meeting) and we invite those who we have personally met to enter and engage in the Partnership.
